I've heard great things about PF Changs' treatment of allergies, but have been afraid to try it with our son yet. There are very few restaurants that we trust with his allergies, but Outback has never let us down. And we eat at Wendy's sometimes, but I'm always a little wary there too. (His allergies are milk, wheat, egg, tree nuts, sesame, and oat).
